Good question. Actually, the beach is always packed when the sun is out and the temps are in the 90's. My point was that just by acting normal, minding your own business and being pleasant to people you might actually attract women. Of course, you'll also need to refrain from staring, making inappropriate comments and, in general, perving out because these activities bother everyone.
It works for me and it might just work for you, too.
