I'm not certain I agree with your assesment. I've attended for the past four or five years, and since we run a small "nude men for women" page I do look for naked men as well, and get many less naked men then I do topless women. It depends on how you look at it.

First of all, at ANY event the vast majority of the people are clothed. The galleries tend to make it look like nudity is the norm, but if you look at the people in the background of any shot I take you'll get a better idea of how people dress for an event.

Here's what I observe:

There are more topless women than nude men at Folsom Street.

There are more topless men than topless women.

There are more nude men than nude women.

You are right - MANY men are in leather jock straps, etc.
