It is one beach. You are over analyzing it. We cannot direct you to one particular cove filled with naked girls, because that does not exist. There are good days and bad days. Most days are bad.
All you have to do is hang out for a few afternoons and you will figure it out.
This includes the law enforcement risk.
This beach is easy, maybe 8,000 feet long.
