I think most peope use them so some tard ass gawkers dont plop their asses right on down next to them.
I was at San Luis Obispo this weekend and a busload of immagrant farm workers came in and literally encircled any group or ladies that existed and sat there speaking spanish, while fully clothed eventually running 90% of the women off.
Rude ass gawkers.
