Wind screen hater has mde an excellant suggestion. The North Sea areas of Germany are far nicer than the Danish beaches and all have FKK areas. The northern area of Germany also has interesting customs about changing right on the beach even in the textile areas.
Due to the coldness of the water relative to the land, as soon as you leave the water many people strip off thier swimsuits and bikins and put on a dry one. The wet one is very cold due to the water. Then if you go back in the water again, when you come out you change into the original one which has dried. Most German women bring a one peice for swimming and a bikini for tanning.
Of course I prefer the FKK area where everyone swims in the raw. It is far easier just to twel off and you are ready for tanning au natural. I also prefer not having strap marks.
