I did bring the flyer home as a souvenir but don't think I have it any more. It had no official police department or other government agency noted on it. It started as a welcome to Kauai, enjoy our beautiful island, etc. Please respect our laws. Public nudity is illegal on Kauai and subject to fine. That's the essence of what it said. The guy who handed it out was caucasian and was dressed like a hiker with hiking boots. He was nice about it but insistent that we take one and read it. I had the feeling that he did this unofficially but perhaps with the approval of some entity. It was a nuisance but that's all.
