Very interesting. Did you keep the flyer he handed out? I would like to see it.If someone kept one they could scan it and link it perhaps. Was he Asian? On another website I heard about an Asian guy in boots telling people to cover up, but the flyer thing wan't mentioned. Is he assoicated with some church perhaps? Women can be topfree in Hawaii, by the way, so if he was telling girls to put their tops on that is truly unlawful. Anyone elase been to Kauai this winter??

: Didn't go this winter but was there late December a year ago. Went to Secret Beach several times and was only hassled once. Some guy came hiking from the end toward the lighthouse passing out flyers to everyone who was naked. The girlfriend and I were naked so we got a flyer. It basically informed us that nudity was illegal in Kauai and the guy said that the police would issue tickets. Couldn't figure out who this guy was if he wasn't the police but he insisted that we cover up. Everyone covered up until this guy left the beach and then uncovered as soon as he left. Never saw anyone get a ticket.
