There are very major difference between personally staring at someone on the beach and using a camera. First, a personal observation is temporary and depeends upon memory. A photo is permanent. Secondly, as one of the others pointed out, a photo can appear anywhere on the web. Web photos will seen not just by others. who were nude on the beach with you, but all over the world by friends, relatives and work colleagues.
The cameras in mobile phones are a particular problem. At one swim hall in Germany someone using a mobile posted photos on the web duirng FKK night. the swim hall now bans the use of mobiles as soon as you enter.
