Lighthouse Beach is by far the best nude beach in the area! I was there on Saturday for a short while and it was pretty full, but not packed like Gunnison seems to get.
Lighthouse Beach is a friendly beach that has a decent m/f balance. It does have a larger number of middle-aged men (gay and straight) as all nude beaches in the area seem to have.
Check it out! I second the fact that a car would be worthwhile for the day!
