No. I did not notice any obvious Spring Breakers at Haulover last weekend. Spring breakers prefer SouthBeach. The younger student crowd hang-out mainly around 5th street and north to maybe 7th street - it's never the best topless area as there are so many raucous young males in the crowd. The gays start at around 11th st and continue to 14th - or 15th. Between the gays and the student areas - say 8th - 10th street is good for topless, as is the gay area itself, since the acme scarred gawkers avoid the gays. North of 15th it's more the wealthier hotel crowd, some topless but more discreet and mostly lying on hotel loungers rather than running around. The best place for uninhibited topless freedom is the beach south of 5th street - all the way to Nikki's Beach club on 2nd, which, back in the day - say seven years ago was almost entirely topless!

: The topless area I beleive is somewhere in the teens....like 14th to 18th St, or some such. Near the Delano Hotel, if I remember correctly. I was there a few days in January and although I was on the beach early in the morning there were still a few topless bathers. They rent out these hugh mattress-type beach chairs there too, I bet that helps loosen up the inhibitions.
