Do we have any topless beaches in New York City? Coney Island? Brighton? Rockaway Beach? I heard that you can go topless at Jacob Riis Park? Is this true? I have been to most of the beaches that I listed and so far I have not seen any other girls. Maybe I am going to the wrong areas? A friend told me that Jacob Riis Park section or bay 1 is topless and clothing optional. Please help.
