Grand Lido Negril, if you can get a room on the CO side, is just wonderful. The CO beach is small and shady. Top shelf everything.
The crowd is older and quieter than Hedo. The "Bare As You Dare" night at the disco was over at 11 PM, the last time we were there, so if you are looking for non-stop party, go to Hedo. As an older couple, we found Hedo too spartan and too much like a frat party.
Grand Lido Braco is also upscale. We were only there once, the 1st year it was a SuperClubs, and not quite up to SuperClubs standard yet. Larger nude area (GL Negril section is CO, not nude) but the crowd I think is younger and more party oriented.
The Sandals or Couples (I forget which) right next to GL Negril had a small nude sunbathing area, with no bar or pool, just a hut with some sodas stacked in it. We thought it very inhospitable to nudists.

I strongly recommend choosing an all-inclusive and NOT going off the property.
