A question and a comment: Question: Why, when the Bull & Whistle has 3 levels (the first 2 being conventional clothed bars, the 3rd floor bring the nude bar) do so many clothed people hang at the Garden of Eden bar, floor #3? Just to gawk? I've been up there a few times and have seen the same. The barmaid is usually topless, maybe one nude dude, the rest clothed people sitting around having drinks. I'll agree with Kev on this....much more an exhibitionists place than a voyeurs.
Comment: Again, I agree with Kev's breakdown at the Atlantic Shores...75% nude men, 50% topless women and 10% naked women...most of the year. I will add though that this ratio does change during the Fantasy Fest festivities. That 10% naked women number jumps up quite a bit. (See the 2 pics of the pool in the CeMor gallery titled "FantasyFest 2002 Street Party." While most of the women are in the pool, they ARE naked) Besides the FF party girls there are a lot of swinger couples hanging at the AS pool during the day during FF and that adds to the increased nudity of the females poolside.
