Well think about it: What sort of groups are typically attracted to these places? If history is any indication, establishments and nudist facilities that have a "swinger" vibe generally see lots of "Jabba the Hut," elderly types. The people in these photos seem to be the exception, not the norm; I suspect they're either paid models or people with a financial interest in the facility. Ultimately, places like that end up being real sausage fests with very, very few good looking women...no matter what their "Hot Tub" spam says.
If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
