It's a bit more demanding than the sauna, but there is a co-ed naked yoga class on Monday nights near Union Square. The instructor is female, and it's open to all levels of experience. As you probably expect, it is rare that other women participate, but it does offer the opportunity to be doing something challenging and healthy completely nude. This is from the group's website:
