Maybe there is a legal difference between a strip club and a place where chicks strip in wet t shirt style contests. Many jurisdictions prohibit anything more than topless clubs, but these same areas allow things like nudist resorts. Club utopia girls dont look like strippers, but i could be wrong, i have never been there. Also strip clubs wont let people take cameras in, where CU has people like 5 eyes making movies there. I doubt you can get a lap dance at club utopia either. Just because a city has a by law requiring G strings on strippers, doesnt mean a bar regular (non titty bar) owner cant rent his bar out to a bunch of nudists, or even even have jello wrestling on a Tuesday nite. Club utopia just looks more upscale than most of the honkey tonk "roadhouse"/or spring break type style places i have seen this kind of thing.
