Utopia is right on Bourbon Street in the heart of the Quarter. My wife & I spent the holidays in New Orleans last year and one night we ventured into the Hustler Club. A very classy strip joint, I must say...but only topless. Most of the dancers stripped down to the very tiniest of g-stings that barely covered their labia, but there was NO total nudity. I assumed that the liqour laws in the city prohibited total nudity, or else ole Larry Flynt would surely have his girls showing spread pussy.
