I live about 5 minutes from Secret Beach on Kauai.
Secret Beach is still a good place to nude sunbath despite the warnings against it, simply hike down to the far side of the beach nearest the Kilauea lighthouse. It is far enough downbeach that you can see "the man" coming far before he can get to you, thats if "the man" ever became that ambitious. Typically enforcement (if any) takes place only were the trail comes down to the beach, that is also were most family groups with children congregate.

Secret is my favorite beach on Kauai, believe me when I tell you that nude sunbathing is alive and well at Secret.
