: Thanks. It looks to me like a college sorority initiation. The women are all nude except for the derbys, which is a very interesting effect. They appear to be inside the large room of a massive old building, such as a university hall. Facing the camera, the women are in three lines, one in front of the other. It's a really interesting photo, made so by the black hats.

Can anyone tell me the site for retrieving that photo? It's one of the best photographs I have seen on this site.
