: : I hope the photographer that sent the photos from the "nude zip line" knows that he has jeopardized the use of cameras at the burning man festival and will make most everyone think twice before going naked at this event ever again Coccazella should know that Burning man regulations do not allow these photos to be used anywhere and should remove them from their sight immediately
: The activities of being naked at Burning Man, taking pictures at Burning Man and plastering the web with pictures from Burning man has been going on for over a decade, everyone knows it and it's not slowing down anyone. It's part of the whole techno-post-modern experience (whatever that means). Of course the BM folks have to officially "not allow it" otherwise it would become totally rampant. But as it is, there is a balance. There actually is no way it could be otherwise. There are also rights of freedom of information, freedom to report what goes on. And if you're expressing bodyfreedom, the notion that NO, NOBODY gets to see me in pictures, is ludicrous.
For what its worth, I ran into a pic today from the nude zip line over at pbase.com. I don't have the exact link anymore, but searching on "burning man" will bring it up among the hundreds of other pics.
