Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the sauna, but there is one close to the airport (will need to take a taxi). It's right by the Lux/French border. If you check at the hotel they should be able to help you. Another option if you have a car is to go to the Bitburg schwimbad in Bitburg Germany. It's only about a 40 minute drive at the most. Simply drive to Bitburg and follow the signs or ask directions to the schwimbad and you should be set. The sauna in Bitburg is very nice and less expensive than the one in Lux.
