Good eye there Collector. Sure looks like the same girl to me. What is Chester's USNB #14.... video, right? I went to his web site and viewed his vid cap's of that girl. In the vid can you see that blue & white umbrella and the other people too, the same background in my pic's?
And no....I am not Uncle Chester, but I think I now know who he (or they) are. I did notice someone else shooting at the beach that day, as I've noticed these guy's shooting all season. And the Uncle Chester photographers do much better work then me.
