Key West Fantasy Fest is an event that takes over the town for several days of partying. It is in part a hallowe'en for adults, with elaborate costumes and bodypainting, with a kinky or sensual twist. Life on these streets is a continuous parade of showing off a decorated but revealed body. Mardi Gras style flashing for beads is common too. If you like parties - wild and unpredictable parties - come to Fantasyfest, Key West this fall.

Paint Your Naked Body!
How do you show off your hot body but hide it at the same time? With paint, of course! Colorful designs can augment your shape, or create startling illusions. Astounding artists will turn you into a walking Picasso priceless masterpiece.
Key West's Fantasy Fest was born in the late 70's to help with the slow Autumn season in the area. Part Halloween, Party Cove, Mardi Gras and a little Carnivale thrown in for good measure, Fantasy Fest is definitely one of the most popular events of it's kind. Nudity is apparently illegal in Key West, but one look at any of our Fantasy Fest galleries and you'll quickly see that it's not often entirely enforced! Body painting and lavish costumes that allow a hint of skin are very common, as is flashing.
There is so much going on in Key West during Fantasy Fest that you might not know which events and clubs to go to. Fortunately the organizers have made a comprehensive list of all the sanctioned events and bar nights (with a short description of what to expect) that is available on the website. There's even a Ron Jeremy-hosted "Pimp and Ho Party", so if you had any doubts about how wild things are going to get, that bit of info should put your mind at ease.
The organizers have been nice enough to offer some help via their website in finding hotels for visitors, Key West is a tourist town so there are many to choose from but keep in mind that they do fill up quick! Costs for the festival range per event, some are free while others are not. Most events are limited to legal age and over, though there are some kid-friendly things going on such as the "Pet Parade". If you decide to go, please send us pictures from your travels! it's really nice to see a new angle on an event we love so much!
EVENT ATTITUDE TO NUDITY:
Nudity is not legal as such so be cautious. Topless is tolerated, especially with paint. Remember that this is not an "adult" event. There are families, so be judicious about when and where is appropriate.
