How do I cancel my rebilling?

Go to the Join Page and find the Processor you used to subscribe, such as CCBill, or Verotel. There you find a button to click, for example, CCBill Customer Service. Once on the resulting page you can submit a ticket. If you have lost the information you need to complete that form, let us know at least 5 days before your rebill date and we will get the rebilling cancelled for you - use our form below. If you used YLC Processing to buy a supscription you cannot cancel because there are no rebilling subscriptions sold through YLC.

I forgot my Login. What is it, please?

Go to the Passport Login Page and scroll down to where it says "Forgot Your Login?". Enter your email address and your Passport login will be emailed to you. If you registered your Passport with an email address you no longer use, you will have to get us to update it for you. Use the form below to contact us.

I am SURE I have an active subscription - why does it not show up when I am logged in to the site with my Passport login?

Contact us right away through the form below and give us as much information as you can. If there is a problem we will fix it right away. Or we will explain the details of your subscription status.

I try to log into the Passport but it keeps saying I have to click the confirmation link. What is this?

The first time you create your permanent Passport we have to make sure your email address was typed correctly. So we email you with a message that has a link in it you need to click to activate your account. If you did not type the email correctly you will not get this email. Or the email ended up in your spam/junk box. If you get the email with the link but the link does not work, try cutting and pasting the exact URL of the link into your browser. If that does not work, email us or use the form below and we'll verify you manually.

Why does my login not work?

A) First of all, did you set up your new Passport account? If not, go to the Passport Login Page and scroll down to "Create a New Free Login". Make sure the email address you use is one you can access now as you will need to verify the address with a security link that is emailed to you. It is best if this email address matches the one you used to subscribe to CCBill or Verotel. Next, you should contact us through the form below so we can connect you to your current active subscription. Please note that any login given to you before October 21 has to be manually set up in the new system by us.

B) If you DO have your Passport login already and if this is an issue of not being able to log in, then you are not typing your username and password correctly. You can have your login emailed to you on that same page.

C) If this is an issue of not being able to access the members area even when you are logged into your Passport, then it is not a login problem but a subscription problem. Either your subscription has expired, or you don't have one, or there is some other weird problem. Let us know by completing the form below and we'll get right onto it. You can try deleting all your coccozella cookies, then logging in from scratch.
