Video Clips on Google's Chrome Browser

On Apple computers using Chrome, when you start to view a video clip, it does not play smoothly. It dumps and jerks a bit. This only happens WHILE THE VIDEO IS LOADING. Once it has completely loaded it plays smoothly. This appears to only happen on Chrome. All other browsers, safari, firefox, etc work well.

iPad and video clips

For some reason the video clips do not load on an ipad. The same type of clips we have on other website do load without problem. It has something to do with the fact that the videos here are served through a database rather than being a direct link to the file. So far we have not been able to solve the problem. Are there any techies out there that have any suggestions about how to get .mp4 and .mov files that are served from a database to show up? Please email us at help@coccozella.com Thanks -coCCo
